consulting + Speaking

You may have experienced an issue with mental health in your church or ministry but didn’t know how to handle it. You might have struggled with burn out and poor communication in your organization. You might have been wanting to train your employees more about self care so they don’t burn out. Whatever your needs are I am here to help educate others on mental health to improve the health of our community.

With a background in teaching, I have a heart to help others learn and soak in knowledge. As an adjunct professor at Point University I have spent 3 years training up a new generation of counselors. I love getting to walk each of my students through material and seeing that light bulb come on when it finally clicks. It is my heart to educate students, clients and the community on the ins and outs of mental health and counseling through various topics in the field.

I cover topics including, but not limited to:

  • Mental health

  • The church and mental health

  • Conflict and communication

  • Self-care for teachers

  • Healthy relationships

  • Premarital couples

Whether it is for your business, school, ministry or church, I am passionate about helping the community better understand God, themselves and others!
